Party Frame Tent Models

A party frame tent is the more preferred type of party cover since it is far stronger than pole or canopy tents despite its light weight. Frame covers are usually double-skin tents with the outer tent draped over a free-standing steel frame. They are commonly made of canvas or polyester and have gently sloping roofs. Frames have no center poles, providing an unobstructed inner space ideal for dancing. Since these party covers usually do not require staking, they are appropriate for places where staking is impractical such as decks, patios, driveways and other hard-ground areas.

A party frame tent can have clear or transparent center panels or covered roof panels. The former allows natural sunlight to pass through and is ideal for daytime parties when artificial light is not needed. For evening events, covered roofs are preferable since electric lighting will be used and a transparent roof will not serve any purpose.

Just like other party tent rental companies, this firm also offers other party accessories and services including lighting, heating and ventilation equipment and flooring options. Installation services, as is common with most party renting firms, are added to the base price of the tents being rented.

The delivery fee charged by the company depends on the zip code and additional payment is required for set-ups on asphalt and concrete areas.

For those planning to hold a big event that requires an unobstructed space, a party frame tent is a logical choice. It is much better, though, to rent it than buy it, unless the activity is annually or regularly held. Renting will save you a lot of time and trouble in terms of setting up and storing the materials after the party.
